Quitclaim by Isolda formerly wife of Stephen Brangweyn of Alincestre [Alcester] in her full power of disposition as a widow, to John Chilsen of Alincestre, son of Henry Chilsen of Coctone and his heirs and assigns, of all her right by reason of dower, in that messuage with curtilage in Alincestre which the said John Chiltsen had by the gift and feoffment of the said Stephen Brangweyn. Witnesses: John de Popihulle, John de Puplintone, John Lyndraper, Thomas de Witteneye, John son of John de Popihulle and others. Dated at Alincestre Monday next after the Feast of St. Matthew the Apostle 16 Edward II [1323]. Seal missing.
