Draft Conveyance by Hannah Gibbs of Welford, widow of William Gibbs deceased (tenant for life of the premises thereby conveyed) and Edward Gibbs (entitled to a fee simple in remainder in the said premises as heir at law of William and Hannah Gibbs and his sister Catherine Gibbs) to Charles Timms of Stratford-upon-Avon, licensed victualler, of one half of a garden adjoining to Church Road [Church Street] in Welford in a place called Churchfield.
