Draft Conveyance by John Edkins Mills of Welford, coal dealer to John Stanley of Welford, wheelwright of the Equity of Redemption in a messuage with appurtenances situate near Binton Bridges together with the Naytes, Joles, Closes, Crofts and parcels of land thereto belonging all or any part of which was or were called the Grainge Croft or Close and the Long Nayte, also the 3 Southward arches of Binton Bridges, a piece of land adjoining the Northward end of the said Grainge Croft and a right of way over the said Binton Bridges. Also another messuage with appurtenances near to Binton Bridges with a plot of ground containing one rood and a half moiety of Binton Bridges being the North part thereof, also two meadows adjoining the said bridge called the Broad Nate and the Eccle Neat in the Parish of Binton together with a right of free fishing and for the passage of boats etc..
