Lease by William Welch of Hunt End in the Parish of Feckenham, needle manufacturer to Francis Moude Griffith theretofore of Shrawley near Stourport, Worcs., farmer, of a messuage or farmhouse with cottage, barns, and several closes called Crocketts Farm situate at Alne Hills in the Parish of Great Alne containing 137 acres, 0 roods and 25 perches more particularly described in a schedule thereto for a term of one year from the 25th March 1868 at a yearly rent of £294.
