Counterpart of a Lease by Thomas Hopkins, citizen of London to Thomas Willington of Whateley, gentleman, of the tithes of corn, grain and hay and all other tithes arising in the Lordship of Whateley and Hurley pertaining to the Rectory of Kingsbury for a term of one year from the 25th March then last past, at a yearly rent of £40.
