Draft Conveyance by John William Rowlands of No 1 Barnards Inn in the City of London and John Baldwin of Luddington in the Parish of Old Stratford, gentlemen to George Frederick Muntz of Umberslade in the Parish of Tanworth, esquire, of a capital messuage with barns, stables and buildings, yards etc. and a cottage and appurtenances thereto and several closes occupied with the said capital messuage which (excepting a coppice containing 7 acres, 0 roods and 6 perches) lay together and adjoining each other and contained 270a-3r-17p situate partly in the hamlet of Nuthurst in the Parish of Hampton-in-Arden and partly in the Parish of Beaudesert and Lapworth which premises were specified in a map and schedule thereto.
