Draft Conveyance by William Ballard theretofore of Leamington Priors but then of Lillington, builder to John Ogden Bauhus of Leamington Priors, esquire, of a piece of land bounded on the East by a proposed new street leading out of Binswood Terrace, on the South by Binswood Terrace and on the North and West by land belonging to Henry Christopher Wise and containing 1640 square yards together with a messuage erected on the said piece of land by the said William Ballard for the sum of £2700.
