Draft Conveyance by Susan Robinson of Handsworth, widow and her Mortgagees (Trustees of Robert Fisher, deceased) to Joseph Bateman of Stourbridge, timber merchant ,of a capital messuage with appurtenances called the Gate or Gatehouse situate in Drayton in the Parish of Chaddesley Corbett, two other messuages with appurtenances in Drayton, and several closes containing 94 acres, 2 roods and 27 perches, which premises were known as Drayton Grove and are more particularly described therein.
