Lease by Harvey Broughton, Rector of Bishops Hampton [Hampton Lucy] to John Cooke of Alscott gentleman of his tithes of corn grain and hay and all other small and privy tithes issuing out of land known as Parsons Closes, the Grove Close, the Boggs and the Barne Close, being parcel of freehold land belonging to the said John Combe and lying in Bishops Hampton aforesaid for a term of 51 year as from Michaelmas then last past at a yearly rent of three pounds.
