Justices between Sir John Walters, knight, Thomas Gate, esquire, Plaintiffs and Thomas Warren, gentleman and John Lambert and Mary, his wife, Deforciants, of two messuages, five cottages, one dovecot, two gardens, two orchards, 60 acres of land, 26 acres of meadow, 64 acres of pasture, 26 acres of furze and heath, and common of pasture for all cattle in Barton-on-the-Heath alias Barton Henmarshe.
