Appointment made by John Shakespeare of Coventry, gentleman, of a messuage with garden and appurtenances in the South side of Gosford Street, Coventry to the use of himself for life with remainder after his death to the use of Harry Chetham and William Shakespeare both of Coventry, gentlemen, upon trust for Elizabeth wife of him the said John Shakespeare for her life, if she should survive him, with remainder to him the said John Shakespeare and his heirs for ever.
