Terrier of land: Old Stratford and Welcombe

Description

A terrier of the arable land of William Combe, esquire of Old Stratford in the County of Warwick lying in the common fields of Old Stratford aforesaid and Welcombe in the Parish of Old Stratford, consisting of seven yard lands and a half, whereof two yard lands and a half are in the tenure of John Smyth, Edward Roberts both of Stratford-upon-Avon, one of the yard lands in the tenure of Thomas Veale of the same town, three yard lands more thereof in the tenure of James Southam of Welcombe aforesaid and one yard land in the tenure of John Turner, 'made and taken in the said fields the 18th day of April Anno Domini 1677 by the said John Smyth, James Southam, Thomas Veale, John Turner, John Harris servant to the said William Combe who wel knewe the greatest parte of the land and Walter Jilkes the Heyward who knewe all the land very well in the presence of the said William Combe'.
