An unexecuted Lease by Sir Thomas Leigh of Bloomsbury in the City of London and Dame [Alice] his wife to Josiah Allen of Darkeridge Farme, yeoman, of a messuage and farm called Darkeridge Farme lying in Kingsbury and Nether Whitacre with certain exceptions relating to timber and other things for a term of 21 years from the 25th March then ensuing at a yearly rent of £85.
