Counterpart of a Feoffment by Sir Rice Griffin of Burnells Broome, knight to Thomas Warde of Hilboroughe, yeoman of a messuage in Bidford alias Budfourth called the Hill House and theretofore known as Tracyes House theretofore in the occupation of Edward Badger and afterwards of Richard Harborne, also a garden or hemple plecke adjoining the backside of John Blundell, also 68 ridges of arable land in the common fields of Bidford and Burnells Broome theretofore in the occupation of the said Edward Badger and since of the said Richard Harborne, also a plot of land containing one acre in Barton Meadow, all which premises were late the lands and inheritance of Thomas Badger late of Bidford, yeoman and before him of William Badger, father of the said Thomas and brother of the said Edward. Also three yard lands (being reputed the glebe lands of the Rectory of Bidford) situate in the common fields of Bidford and Burnells Broome and then in the tenure of Thomas Grymette and a close containing three quarters of an acre, parcel of the said glebe lands then in the tenure of Thomas Copwyn, in consideration of £350 paid by the said Thomas Warde.
