Indenture of Feoffment between Sir Bartholomew Hales of Snitterfield, knight of one part and Sir George Griesley of Drakelow, Derbyshire, knight and Stephen Hales of Newland in the County and City of Coventry, esquire of the other part, whereby Sir Bartholomew Hales granted to Sir George Griesley and Stephen Hales and their heirs the Manors of Snitterfield, Comins and Bereley with their rights members and appurtenances together with all tithes, lands and other hereditaments of him Sir Bartholomew Hales in the said Indenture of even date (see DR38/12).
