Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Copy Counterpart Indenture between Stephen Hales of Snitterfield, esquire of one part, and William Colmore of Warwick, esquire of the other part whereby Stephen Hales in consideration of £1820 to him paid by William Colmore granted to William Colmore, his heirs and assigns for ever hereditaments in Snitterfield called the Marrowayes then in the tenure of John and Robert Meades, which premises lay between the land of Sir Henry Packering, baronet called Northbrooke, the lane from Warwick to Snitterfield called Pale Lane and another lane from Snitterfield Common Fields to Luscombe Farm free from encumbrances. Attested 17th December 1668 by George Nayle and Edward Berry.
