Indenture of Fine and Counterpart between Edmund Page gentleman, plaintiff and Elizabeth Hales widow, deforciant, made in the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster within 15 days of St. Martin [11th November] before John Vaughan, Thomas Tirrell, John Archer and William Wylde Justices of the Manors of Snitterfield and Luscombewith appurtenances, 20 messuages, 20 cottages, 30 tofts, 40 gardens, 40 orchards, 800 acres of land, 200 acres of meadow, 800 acres of pasture, 200 acres of wood, 40 acres of furze and heath and £10 rent with the appurtenances in Snitterfield, Bearley, Luscombe, Fulbrooke and Le Heath, also tithes of corn and grain annually arising in Snitterfield, for which the said Edmund has given the said Elizabeth £900.
