Description

Indenture between Sir James Rushout of Maylands Green, Essex, baronet of the 1st part, Francis Luttrell of Gray's Inn, Middlesex, esquire and George Nayle of the same place, gentleman of the 2nd part, Dame Elizabeth Hales, widow of Sir Stephen Hales and sole Executrix of his last Will of the 3rd part, and the Honourable Thomas Coventry of North Mymmes, Hertfordshire, esquire of the 4th part. Reciting the Mortgage described in DR 38/40, it was witnessed that in consideration of £2000 to the said Sir James Rushout paid by Thomas Coventry at the direction of Dame Elizabeth Hales he the said Sir James Rushout assigned the term of 500 years in the property described in DR38/40 to Francis Luttrell and George Nayle upon trust to attend the inheritance of Thomas Coventry.
