Description

Probate of the Will, dated 4th May 1752, of Henry Coventry of Twickenham, Middlesex, esquire whereby he devised all his real property (in part situate in Cambridgeshire) to William Rider of Twickenham, esquire and Robert Palmer of Chancery Lane and their heirs for ever to the use of them and their heirs upon trust to pay to his mother the honourable Anne Coventry, widow of Henry Coventry of Cowley, Middlesex an annuity of £300, and also to pay all his debts etc. and to satisfy certain legacies, and thereafter to his cousin the Right Honourable George William, Earl of Coventry for life with remainders to his first and other sons successively in tail male, and in default of such issue to his cousin the Honourable John Bulkeley Coventry for life with remainders to his first and other sons successively in tail male, and in default to his cousins Thomas Coventry and Guilielmus Franciscus Walterus Coventry successively for life with remainders to each of their first and other sons successively in tail male remainder to his esteemed friend Thomas Bury, clerk, sometime since one of the Fellows of Sidney Sussex College in the University of Cambridge and then of Nottingham, for life.
