Indenture of Bargain and Sale between Thomas Coventry of Serjeants Inn, Fleet Street, London, esquire of the 1st part, the Right Honourable George William, Earl of Coventry of the 2nd part and George James Williams of Albermarle Street in the Parish of St. James Westminster, Middlesex, esquire, Robert Palmer of Chancery Lane in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, gentleman and Francis Plumptre of the Inner Temple, London, gentleman of the 3rd part whereby the Manor of Snitterfield and Bearley with appurtenances including all Courts Leet etc. together with all hereditaments of the said Earl in Snitterfield and Bearley were conveyed to George James Williams, Robert Palmer and Francis Plumtre in consideration of £17,342-16-6 to Thomas Coventry paid by them and also in consideration of £657-3-6 paid to Thomas Coventry by the said Earl.
