Indenture of Bargain and Sale between the Right Honourable George William, Earl of Coventry of one part and Thomas Coventry of Serjeants Inn, Fleet Street, London, esquire of the other part whereby the Manors of Snitterfield and Bearley with appurtenances and all messuages, tenements and hereditaments of him George William, Earl of Coventry in Snitterfield and Bearley were conveyed to Thomas Coventry and his heirs for ever in consideration of £18,000.
