Indenture between Robert Bolt of Warwick, gentleman of the 1st part, Francis Luttrell of Gray's Inn, Middlesex, esquire and George Nayle of the same place, gentleman of the 2nd part, Dame Elizabeth Hales, widow and sole Executrix of the last Will of Sir Stephen Hales late of Snitterfield, Knight of the Bath, deceased of the 3rd part, and the Honourable Thomas Coventry of North Mymmes, Hertfordshire, esquire of the 4th part whereby the Mortgage term of 99 years described in DR38/34 was assigned by Robert Bolt in consideration of £600 to him paid by Thomas Coventry at the direction of Dame Elizabeth Hales, being part of the purchase money for the Snitterfield Estate paid by Thomas Coventry to Dame Elizabeth Hales (being £14500) to Francis Luttrell and George Nayle upon trust to attend upon the inheritance. Signed Robert Boult, Eliz. Hales and Tho. Coventrye. Seals wax enclosed in paper, that of Eliz. Hales bearing an impression of 3 arrows pointing downwards.
