Indenture between the Right Honourable George Coventry called Lord Viscount Deerhurst and the son and heir apparent of the Right Honourable George William Earl of Coventry and as such a devisee named in the last Will of Henry Coventry, late of Twickenham, Middlesex, esquire deceased of one part and John Thompson of Newman Street, Oxford Street, Middlesex esquire of the other part whereby the property described in DR38/101-102 was mortgaged by demise of a term of 1000 years for £3000 subject to a proviso for redemption.
