Description

Indenture of Lease between the Right Honourable George, Earl of Coventry, first son of George William, Earl of Coventry deceased, William Bentham of Gower Street, Middlesex, esquire and Thomas Graham of Lincoln's Inn of the same County, esquire of the one part and George Kinderley of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, gentleman of the other part, whereby the persons of the one part in consideration of 5/- to each paid by George Kinderley demised to him a lease of the Manor of Snitterfield and Bearley with all hereditaments and tithes of the said Earl in the said Manor for one year at a rent of one peppercorn.
