Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 10th January 1810 between John Thompson of Newman Street in the Parish of St. Marylebone, Middlesex esquire of the 1st part, the Right Honourable George Earl of Coventry of the 2nd part and Thomas Graham, esquire of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex of the 3rd part whereby the Mortgages created by the Indentures of 29th December 1806 (see DR38/101-102) and 4th July 1807 (see DR38/103) of the property referred to therein then re-conveyed by the said John Thompson to Thomas Graham to the use of such persons and for such interests etc. as the said Earl should by deed or Will appoint. Remainder to the use of the said Earl for life and after the determination of that estate to the use of Thomas Graham during the life of the said Earl to the intent to bar dower of any wife of the said Earl and thereafter to the use of the said Earl and his heirs for ever in consideration of £7000 (being repayment of principal sums due upon the Mortgages described in DR 38/101-DR38/103). Signed: John Thompson. Seal, a man's head. Witnesses: John Dawson and George Kinderley. Lease dated 9th January 1810 between the same persons of the same property for one year. Signed, sealed and witnessed as in Release.
