Court of Exchequer and Robert Hasley the Elder of Lincoln's Inn, London, esquire of the 3rd part whereby John Palmer for the purpose of raising monies for the satisfying of debts due to persons of the 2nd part and in consideration of 10/- to him paid by Heneage Legge and Robert Hasley conveyed his Equity of Redemption (see DR38/178-179 being a beneficial interest under a Trust constituted in DR38/179) in property described in DR38/175 together with property in the Parishes of Wolverton and Tardebigg, Bradley, Inkberrow, Flyford Flavell, Naunton Beauchamp and North Piddle (all in Worcestershire) to Heneage Legge and Robert Hasley upon trust to sell the same and after satisfying the debts due to the persons of the 2nd part (set out in Schedule thereto) upon trust to pay the residue to him John Palmer. With Schedule of debtors etc. signed and examined by Robert Hunt and Robert Hunt junior.
