Description
Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 2nd June 1759 between Finetta Mallory then late of Woodcote in the Parish of Leek Wootton but then of Warwick, widow of Robert Mallory then late of Woodcote, gentleman, deceased of one part and William Holbech of Farnborough, esquire, Thomas Bree of Allesley, clerk (Trustees under the Will of Robert Mallory deceased) whereby Finetta Mallory in consideration of £140 paid to her in pursuance of the Will of Robert Mallory released to William Holbech and Thomas Bree all her right title etc. in the property described in DR38/175 (i.e. dower etc.) to the use of her son John Mallory. Signed: Finetta Mallory. Sealed? Witnesses: John Hines, servant to Mr. Bree and Joshua Harborne. Lease dated 1st June 1759 by Finetta Mallory to Messrs. Holbech Bree of her right to dower etc. in the property described in DR38/175 for one year. Signed: Finetta Holbech. Sealed and witnessed as before.
