Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe
Copy Will dated 29th January 1759 of Robert Mallory whereby he devised to William Holbech of Franborough, esquire and Thomas Bree of Allesley, clerk all the property described in DR38/175, upon trust for his second son John Mallory towards his education until 21 years and thereafter to him absolutely subject to the payment of £300 to each of his Robert Mallory's two daughters Finetta and Elizabeth Mallory upon attaining 21 years or marrying with consent under that age. Robert Mallory, also gave to his wife Finetta Mallory £150 and all the furniture etc. of his house, upon condition that she release to the trustees of his Will or to his son John Mallory all her right title etc. in the estate at Snitterfield. Witnesses: Elizabeth Parke, Joshua Harborne and Bartholomew Musson. Also Certificates of Christenings of sons of the above Robert Mallory dated 3rd October 1817 and of the Marriage of the said Robert Mallory.
