Description

Indenture between Finetta Holbech of Warwick spinster of the 1st part, the Honourable Heneage Legge, esquire, one of the Barons of H.M. Court of Exchequer and Robert Hasley the Elder of Lincoln's Inn, London, esquire of the 2nd part, John Palmer of the Middle Temple, esquire of the 3rd part, and the Reverend John Mills of Barford (a Trustee of Finetta Holbech) of the 4th part. Reciting that the persons of the 2nd part had contracted to sell the Equity of Redemption belonging to John Palmer in property described in DR38/175 to Finetta Holbech for £2800 and that there was owing on the Mortgage described in DR38/178-179 £2615-3-13/4 it was witnessed that she Finetta Holbech assigned the Mortgage term of 1000 years to the Reverend John Mills upon trust to attend upon the inheritance.
