Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 27th March 1751 between the Honourable Heneage Legge, esquire, one of the Barons of H.M. Court of Exchequer and Robert Hasley the Elder of Lincoln's Inn, London, esquire of the 1st part, John Palmer of the Middle Temple, London, esquire of the 2nd part, William Holbech of Farnborough and Hugh Holbech formerly of Mollington but then of Warwick of the 3rd part and Finetta Holbech of Warwick, spinster of the 4th part whereby Heneage Legge and Robert Hasley conveyed the Equity of Redemption in the property described in DR38/175 held by them as Trustees under an Indenture dated 19th June 1749 to Finetta Holbech in consideration of the discharge of the Mortgage debt then owing to Finetta Holbech of £2615-3-13/4 under Indentures dated 15th 16th July 1743 (see DR 38/178-179) together with a further sum of £184-16-101/4 paid to them by Finetta Holbech (making a total of £2800). Seals: Heneage Legge, family crest, Robert Hasley, a man's head, John Palmer and William Holbech? and Hugh Holbech, a fox or leveret. Lease dated 26th March 1751 by the Honourable Heneage Legge, William Hugh Holbech and John Palmer to Finetta Holbech of the same interest in the same property for one year. Signed as before.
