Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Description

Indenture dated 5th December 1861 between Richard Smith of Snitterfield, gentleman of the 1st part, Henry Smith of the same place, gentleman (father of the said Richard Smith) of the 2nd part and Richard Child Heath of Warwick, gentleman whereby property at Snitterfield known as the Wolds Estate more particularly set out in the Schedule to the abstract of the Will of Richard Smith the elder (see DR38/220) containing 356 acres, 1 rood and 3 perches was conveyed by the persons of the 1st 2nd parts to Richard Child Heath in trust for Richard Smith subject to all estates prior to the estate of the said Richard Smith (being a disentailing assurance).
