Copy Memorandum dated 22nd July 1867 of Deposit of Title Deeds of the Wolds Estate by Richard Smith with his brother Robert Smith, clerk, of Nottingham, his mother Mary Ann Smith of Frogmore House, Snitterfield, widow and his sister Sarah Smith of Snitterfield, spinster as collateral security for promissory notes for £2331 and £7000 given to his brother Robert Smith, promissory notes for £1969 given to his mother and £2000 given to his sister (making £7000 in all) for the purpose of paying off the Mortgage of John Parks.
