Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Indenture dated 29th September 1874 between Richard Smith, then of Rose Place in the Parish of Claines, Worcestershire, late of the Wolds, Snitterfield, and Robert Needham Philips of Welcombe, esquire, M.P., whereby the Wolds Estate, an apportioned part of a tithe rent charge issuing out of a portion thereof and certain cottage property all more particularly described in Schedules therein together with a map was conveyed by Richard Smith to Robert Needham Philips in fee simple for £52,400.
