Assignment of John Walker's Mortgage (created 17th May 1760) being security for £400 upon property described in DR38/268 DR38/269 by Henry Jackson, late of Stareton in the Parish of Stoneleigh but now of the City of Coventry, yeoman to Thomas Smith of Rowington, gentleman. Signed: Henry Jackson and John Walker. Sealed with crest, lion rampant. Witnesss: Joshua Harborne, William Rilay, Edward Scruby, servant to Mr. Walker, and Matthew Payne. Bond for £400 by John Walker to Thomas Smith to perform covenants of Mortgage dated 17th November 1764.
