Copy Probate of the Will of Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Snitterfield, surgeon dated 10th July 1866, whereby he devised his house in High Street Warwick to his wife, Alicia Fitzherbert Hiron absolutely, he bequeathed and devised all the residue of his unsettled real and personal estate to his said wife, Kelynge Greenway of Warwick, esquire and the Reverend John Pegler of Aymestrey, Herefordshire, upon trust for his wife and thereafter upon trust (except for the settled land) for sale and division amongst his children equally. Signed by the Testator in the presence of S. W. Haynes and Mary Fawin Berry. Testator died at sea on 16th September 1865 on board H M S Renown. Will proved 10th July 1866. Sworn under £1500.
