Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Description

Indenture dated 29th September 1875 between Thomas Hiron of Stratford-upon-Avon, then formerly of San Luis, South America of the 1st part, Thomas Miles of Leamington Priors, gentleman of the 2nd part, Edward Greaves of Barford, esquire of the 3rd part and Robert Needham Philips of Welcombe, esquire M. P., of the 4th part whereby the property described in DR38/255-256 DR38/257-258 and more particularly set out in a plan attached to this deed was conveyed by Thomas Hiron and his Mortgagee Thomas Miles to Robert Needham Philips for £3200 [£1200 paid to Thomas Hiron, £1000 to Thomas Miles Mortgagee and £1000 to Edward Greaves Trustee of the Settlement of Elizabeth Hiron the younger dated 18th February 1840 (see DR38/267)].
