Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 3rd March 1827 between Elizabeth Hiron of Snitterfield, widow of Thomas Hiron late of Snitterfield, and formerly of Alveston, deceased of the 1st part, Thomas Hiron of Warwick, surgeon (only son of Elizabeth Hiron by the said Thomas Hiron deceased) and Ann the wife of the said Thomas Hiron the younger of the 2nd part, Daniel Hemming of Grays Inn Place, Middlesex, gentleman of the 3rd part and Robert Michael Baxter of Grays Inn Place aforesaid, gentleman of the 4th part whereby the property described in DR38/255 DR38/256 was conveyed by Elizabeth Hiron and Thomas Hiron to Daniel Hemming for 10/- to the intent that Daniel Hemming might suffer a Common Recovery and that Robert Michael Baxter might be Demandant and Thomas Hiron and his wife Vouchees. Declaration that such Recovery should be subject to the life estate of Elizabeth Hiron. Signed: Elizabeth Hiron, Thomas Hiron, Ann Hiron, Daniel Hemming and Robert Michael Baxter. Red stamp seal.
