Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Description

Indenture dated 2nd January 1838 between Thomas Hiron of Warwick, surgeon of one part and John Pegler of Stratford-upon-Avon, clerk and William Handley of Barford ,gentleman of the other part, whereby Thomas Hiron revoked the limitations of the Indenture of 5th June 1827 (DR38/265) subsequent to his own life interest and re-limited the property to John Pegler and William Handley subject to the annuity of £150 given as Jointure to Ann wife of Thomas Hiron, for a term of 500 years upon trust to raise £1500 in respect of portions to his daughters Elizabeth and Ann Hiron with remainders for life and in tail etc. as described in DR38/264 DR38/265 to the sons and issue of Thomas Hiron.
