Abstract of the Marriage Settlement dated 18th February 1840 between Giles Toogood of Bridgewater, Somerset, surgeon of the 1st part, Thomas Hiron of Warwick, surgeon and his daughter Elizabeth spinster of the 2nd part and Edward Greeves of Barford, esquire, the Reverend Thomas Hope of Warwick, ckerk and Thomas [Wheatley] Hiron the younger of Warwick, surgeon of the 3rd part, whereby Elizabeth Hiron transferred to the persons of the 3rd part (Trustees of the Settlement) certain trust funds including the portion secured by DR38/264 - DR38/266 upon property described in DR38/255 DR38/256.
