Snitterfield deeds: Phillips of Welcombe

Description

Indenture dated 30th September 1861 between William Handley, formerly of Barford but now of Great Malvern, gentleman of the 1st part, Ann Hiron of Great Malvern, spinster of the 2nd part and Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, of the 3rd part and Charles Marshall of Pershore Road, Birmingham of the 4th part. Reciting that Thomas Hiron died on 8th June 1848 and Ann, his wife and John Pegler were also dead, it was witnessed that in consideration of £1000 paid by Charles Marshall to Ann Hiron, William Handley as surviving Trustee of the Settlement mortgaged to Charles Marshall all the property described in DR38/255 DR38/256.
