Description

Demise with warranty from John le Archer of Toneworth' to Margery daughter of Roger Austyn of the same of a piece of land called Ye Wodelond with a meadow lying below in Toneworth'; to hold the same for life rendering annually for the first five years one rose and thereafter 40 shillings ( 2 terms) and should the said Margery die within the term of 5 years, then her executors may hold the said land for the rest of the said term. Witnesses: Richard att Berne, John le Warner, Richard Wystan, Thomas de Vaal, Richard Aleyn, clerk, John Atte Berne, chaplain, Roger de Middelmor and others.
