Description

Agreement between Walter de Swanesdich' of Toneworth' and John Fabr' of Munkespath', whereby the said John undertakes at his own cost to make and repair the bridge called Munkespathebrugge when necessary during the life of the said Walter in return the said Walter grants to the said John, during the former's lifetime, half the fishing in the stream running from the mill of the said Walter, namely from Le Schittles as far as the meadow once belonging to John de Dene, and half the fish coming to the gates called Theflodyaten. Witnesses: John Broun, John Ellis, Robert de Crowenhale, Roger de Middelmor, William de Shelleye and others. Dated at Toneworth' Tuesday after the feast of St peter ad Vincula, 13 Edward III.
