Demise for the life of the grantor with warranty from John atte Lee of Tonewoth' to Richard le Cok, chaplain, of the same of 12 pence annual rent which Simon de la Lee, brother of the grantor, was accustomed to give the grantor annually for one croft which he held from the grantor in Toneworth' called le Colyeres croft; to hold for the life of the grantor at the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary and of St Michael in equal parts.
