Description

Demise for the lives of the lessees from Richard de Budifforde and John le Mareschal of Bustleham to Robert de Fulwode and Simon his son of a messuage lying beneath le Erleswode with a certain field called le Fordeland' and 7 arces of land lying in a field called le Fiffacres' and the pond which was formerly a marlpit lying on the left of the road leading from Erleswode through the tenement of Richard Prat towards Henleye with all appurtenances in Toneworth; to hold for the lives of the said lessees, rendering annually one rose on the feast of St John the Baptist in lieu of all service and rendering on behalf of the lessor due and customary service to the chief lords of the fee.
