Description

Gift with warranty from William atte Sponne of Toneworth to William Josse of Bello Deserto [Beaudesert] of one plot of ground belonging to the grantor in Toneworth extending in length between the land of the grantor one the one hand and the land of Thomas ? on the other and in breadth between the land of the grantor on the one hand and Brounesgrene on the other to hold according to the metes and bounds there made to the said William Josse his heirs and assigns for ever from the chief lords of the fee for 6 pence annually and due and customary service. Witnesses: John atte Berne, chaplain, Richard atte Berne, William le Archer, Thomas Wystan, Richard Aleyn and others. White wax circular seal.
