Gift with warranty from Robert de Crowenhale to Amice de Sydenhale and Henry de Sydenhale and their heirs of 3 shillings and 8 pence annual rent with lordship, reliefs, escheats, heriots which the grantor held by gift and feoffment of John de Val; to hold for due and customary service. Dtaed at Toneworth', Friday after the feast of St Nicholas, 23 Edward III. Witnesses: Thomas le Archer, John Elys, William Gower, John de Lokyngton, Richard atte Berne and others.
