Quitclaim from Isabella, widow of Roger Elyoth of Toneworth' the elder, to William de Creuleye of the same and Rose his wife of a piece of land called le Newelond in Toneworth' which the said William and Rose held by gift and feoffment from Roger Elyoth the younger; to hold for ever to the said William and Rose and the heirs of the said William. Sealing clause. Dated at Toneworth' Saturday after the feast of St Mary Magdalene, 21 Edward III. Witnesses: John le Arch' Richard atte Berne, Thomas Wystan, John de Val, John le Warner and others.
