Description

Gift with warranty from Robert de Fulwode, perpetual vicar of Toneworth' to Symon, son of Robert de Fulwode of Toneworth', Alice his wife and their lawful issue of all lands, tenements, meadows, woods, pastures, feedings with all advantages in Toneworth' and Solihull' and in the fields of the same which the grantor held by gift and feoffment of the said Symon; to hold to the said Symon and Alice and their lawful heirs from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service, and in default of such issue the said property to revert to the said Robert and his heirs for ever. Sealing clause. Dated at Toneworth', Sunday after the feast of St Hilary, 22 Edward III.
