Description

Gift with warranty from Robert de Fulwode, perpetual vicar of Toneworth', to Symon, son of Robert Fulwode of Toneworth' and Alice his wife of all lands, tenements, meadows, woods, pastures, feedings in Toneworth' and Solihull' which the grantor formerly held by gift and feoffment of the said Symon; to hold to the said Symon and Alice and their lawful issue from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service and if the said Symon and Alice die without such issue the said property to revert to the said Robert and his heirs. Dated at Toneworth', Sunday after the feast of St Hilary, 22 Edward III.
