Defeasance between William de Folewode son of Richard de Folewode of Toneworth' and Richard Keet of Bydeforde, parson of the church of Prestone, co. Rutland, on a bond of £40 acknowledged between them, that the same shall be void if the said William enfoeffs Geoffrey le Moul of Toneworth' in all the lands and tenements which John le Moul, father of the said Geoffrey, once held in villeinage of Richard de Folewode in Toneworth' before the feast of St Peter as Vincula [1 August] next.
